Uniflow Australia Pty Ltd ("Unifilter") warrants that all products supplied are free from defects in workmanship and/or material.  Unless subject to abuse, neglect, incorrect fitment or other circumstances beyond the control of Unifilter, then any faulty product, except dirt bike filters or those filters custom-made to purchaser's specifications, as originally sold and supplied by Unifilter will be replaced without cost for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase.

Pursuant to clause 1. above, all dirt bike filters, as originally sold and supplied by Unifilter, will be replaced without cost for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Special or custom-made filters, manufactured by Unifilter to customer's specifications, are warranted against defects in workmanship and/or materials for a period of six (6) months from date of purchase.

Unless otherwise agreed or arranged, Customer is solely responsible for the correct fitment of any Unifilter product(s), including special or custom-made filters as referred to in clause 2, to Customer's vehicle. 

Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the fitment or attachment of any Unifilter product to any vehicle is in accordance with the compliance requirements of any relevant State or Federal vehicle licensing and/or regulatory authority.  Unifilter is not liable for the infringement of any legal, regulatory, licensing or compliance requirement that may result from the fitment or attachment of any of its products to any vehicle by Customer.

Unifilter is not liable for any damage or loss that may arise from the use of any of its products in any manner whatsoever.  Customer is solely responsible for the suitability of Unifilter's products and for their fitness for Customer's purpose.

Unifilter has experience in the manufacture and application of air filter products and offers advice and technical assistance to its customers.  This advice and technical assistance is offered in good faith.  Unifilter is not liable for any loss, damage or other consequence resulting from this advice and/or technical assistance.
